Work doesn't have to be all or nothing.
Having children can change what you need from work.
Not your capability.
Not your experience.
Not what you can contribute.
The Working Edit is creating another way for experienced Mums to use what they know — through purposeful projects that can work differently around family life.
For Mums
Use your experience differently.
For experienced Mums who still want interesting, purposeful professional work — but want greater control over how work fits around family life.

Don't start with a job title.
